Backups failing with UUID error after V2.1 upgrade
I am using Veeam Agent for Windows Free to backup my VMs and PMs. I back up to a network share. I upgraded all my VMs and PMs to version 2.1 recently. All have backed up without errors but one. One of my physical machines started failing backups after V2.1. It is a Dell server R610. OS is Windows 2008R2. It had been backing up for a year with no issues. Since V2.1 all backups for this one server have failed saying, "Error: Failed to get system UUID: Machine doesn't have identifiers". I uninstalled then reinstalled V2.1 and was unable to configure a backup since all three drives had blue question marks next to them with the same UUID missing issue. The three drives are a large 5TB iSCSI drive that I do not back up, an Esata external 1TB drive that I do not back up, and the C drive that I do back up. I then uninstalled V2.1 and installed V2.0. Now all backups are working again and no UUID errors. Any idea why V2.1 is failing for me on this one server?

Sure, just open Control Panel > Support tab and click Technical Support.

Hi, this issue has been resolved?
I've got the same error with the last version Free: 2.2.0.589
The same error is showed trying to send a support request from the control panel.

This issue was resolved by the latest Veeam Agent for Windows Free Version: 2.2.0.589 on the one physical server that was having the issue.
