Bandwidth throttling per job, not per system

As Veeam Cloud Connect service provider (Support ID 02958748), I would like to see options in Veeam Agent for throttle/limit bandwidth per job or selected network (Cloud connect target), not per entire system.
Currently, if users have two or more jobs with local and cloud repositories, they do not have the ability to limit the outgoing speed for cloud storage so as not to overload the Internet channel without significant slow down the job backup to local storage.
In my opinion, this is the essential functionality for a cloud solution.

as you say "local" and "cloud" repositories... would a similar approach (IP ranges) like in VBR also work?

Yes, same ability like in VBR for control network traffic throttle rule for ip ranges is also solution.
