Hello Veeam Pros,
Got a new laptop that will be arriving shortly and was wondering if I was to use the recovery media from my old laptop and then restore the whole computer, would that work? Or would it be better to install Veeam Agent for Windows on the new PC, create a recovery media and then restore the C (OS) volume from the backup from my old laptop?
Thanks

Re: Bare metal recovery
Hello Brad,
I bet both laptops are running Windows 10, right? If that's the case you can use previously created Recovery Media. Cheers!

Thank you very much for the reply, Dima. Yes, they are both running Windows 10. Good to know I can use the same recovery media =)
