I am restoring a Dell Latitude workstation to a brand new Microsoft Surface Laptop 3. The restore runs without issue, and successfully boots to the "Press Ctr+Alt+Del to log in" screen.
However - at this point, the keyboard and trackpad do not work, and external keyboards/mice plugged in via USB also do not work.
Background: Before restoring, I downloaded VEEAM Agent on the Surface Laptop 3, and created the VEEAM Recovery Media there to make sure all the drivers for the new hardware would be included in the image. Before creating the recovery media, I also fully updated all possible device drivers, and installed all available windows updates, etc.
After restore, I also tried manually injecting each device driver included in the latest Surface Laptop 3 driver update but still no luck.
Any idea how I should proceed?
Thanks!
