bare metal restore to proxmox vm

Is there any manual on how to restore to a proxmox VM
I boot from the VeemRecoveryMedia-Windows.iso and get the error

"machine doesn't have identifiers" en then a DOS-cmd window opens en when i exit this DOS-cmd window the VM reboots

But i do not get the Volume Level restore window from step 6 in this manual
