Can't download Veeam Endpoint Backup Free from veeam.com

Hi there,

I go to veeam.com, login into my veeam account, go to Downloads, click Veeam Endpoint Backup FREE link (https://www.veeam.com/ru/endpoint-backu ... nload.html) and end up on the main page veeam.com... as in download doesn't start.
Tried from Chrome, IE, Chrome for Android - same.
Tried on different PC - same.
Tried different network as in different ISP provider - same.
Tried downloading different software (not EBF) - same.
Tried using russian site version - same.
Tried googling the issue - it seems i'm the only one with this issue.

Does anyone know how or where I can actually download Veeam software?

Just tried downloading from my home PC using the above link and works well... also, stats indicate a few hundred downloads over the weekend, so there is definitely some specifics on your end (Google does not lie)

I would start from registering a new user on veeam.com using another email address (note that public email addresses work for free product downloads).

Thanks for getting back to me on this.

<here i wrote a rather long and vitriolic message, but then, after realizing that there are several ways to register an account (free and paid products), I deleted it>
Created a new account with public email and downloaded the file ok. Thank you for the advice.
Now, I find myself in a situation when I have at least two accounts on your website. I would like to get rid of the one(s) that don't work.
Is this possible (I couldn't find an option to delete an account)?
