I've been trying to submit a support ticket for Endpoint Backup this afternoon. The support ticket wizard in the Endpoint control panel keeps asking me to register my email address. I know I've done this before. I click on Register and it tells me to expect a confirmation email. It never comes. I try again and this time the email comes. I click on the link and I get a reply saying my email is now registered, but when I go back to the support wizard it is still asking for registration when I click Update Status. Any ideas?
