Can't report issue via app

won't accept any email address as valid; "Unknown result status: Common Error"

Also can't check for updates "Failed to check for an update"

Veeam EndPoint Backup version 1.1.2.119

Tried on several systems.

Hi David,

Might be a firewall or antivirus blocking the connection – can you add VEB to the exclusions just to be sure? 1.1.2.119 is the latest available verion :wink:

Fortunately I figured out the issues I was having with completing a backup and restore:-)
