I need to restore from a backup which is a couple months old and it does not appear as an available backup file when I try the File Level Restore. A more recent backup appears as an option, but this backup doesn't contain the data I need. The Veeam Backup and Replication full backup file is on the portable USB drive with a file size of approximately 1.2 GB, but I can't get it to appear as a valid restore point. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Could the earlier backup be made by a different agent version? Or even by a different Veeam product?

It is possible that I did an update to a newer version between backups.
