Can't start instalation VEB

Hi, I can't start instalation VEB 1.5.0.306. I run .exe file, proces in task manager show for a while then disappears. What should I do ?

What is the OS you're installing VEB to? Did you select to run as administrator option in the command menu?

Windows 7 64 bit, I run as administrator, run with compatibility mode with windows 7

Do you have any antivirus software deployed on this machine too? Have you tried using another account to start the install?

I don't have antivirus. I used another account with admin rights. I reinstall framewrok 4.5 I reinstall all drivers and still nothink.

Reboot the computer, make sure that you start under the admin account, temporary disable the firewall (for instance, you might have a built in windows defender enabled). Also check your UAC – it might be misbehaving.

I reboot computer, I log in to account with admin rights. I disabled the firewall, windows defender and UAC, I clear registry. Still nothink. Process in tasks manager show for a while then disappears and I don't know why this is happen. I do even chkdsk. I can run every files .exe and install something else but not with VEB. I unistall framework 4.5.2 then run VEB. He download framework, install it and thats all. Instalation VEB doesn't started.

If I will try to run more than 1 instance VEB i will get communicate " Only one instance of Veeam Endpoint Backup Setup is allowed" and all processes won't disappears until I click "OK" button. When communicate is displaying I have two proceses from VEB.
First:
Name: VeeamEndponitBackup_1.5.0.306.exe *32, Memory in used: 2920 K, Description: Veeam Endponit Backup Setup

Second:
Name: Setup.exe *32, Memory in used: 1596 K, Description: Veeam Endponit Backup Setup Bootstrap.
