I needed to cancel my backup when it was at 99% and now I have a message that says "Backup is in progress......canceling" Yet it just hangs there. I've left this message for hours to test to see if it would actually cancel and alas it hasn't. The Cancel button is greyed out.

I've already submitted a case id via the Control Panel > Support > Technical support and have not heard anything yet. Unless you are responding to what I submitted?
Can you let us know what the support case ID is? Our solution comes with free support but not with an SLA so depending on the workload of the engineers it can take a little bit longer. But we will get back to you for sure
