cannot access Veeam tray after veeam reinstallation
Hi,
I have delete Veeam on my computer, and now i'm trying to reinstall it.
The installation procedure works perfectly, but i cannot access to the veeam management consol, the service is running but i have no tray on my taskbar ... i have reboot the computer, reinstall some time veeam but same issue ! so i cannot set a job ...
can you help me ?

You are right, i can see Veeam tray when i'm log with another account. Do you know hoy to fix the issue ?

Hi Baptiste,
Try to open a Veeam.EndPoint.Tray.exe from C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs with elevated privileges (Run as administrator) and let us know If that works? Thanks

No error during the installation ! I precise that i have installed Veeam before and uninstall it one time.
I have check the Notification Area Icons and the Veeam try is not present

Since the Control Panel can be opened while logged in with other user account may I ask you to open a support case via Control Panel > Support > Technical Support and post here the case ID. Thanks

I have find a solution by uninstall and reinstall Veeam on another account, and now the tray in my personal account is present. For information, when the tray was not available the backup was success processed.
