After migrating the management server to a new server this week we cannot backup physical servers with the agent and it appears to only affect those servers on a different lan. In this case below the physical server is a workgroup server in the DMZ. Veeam manager thinks the agent is installed but in fact it is no longer installed on the server since the backup admin removed it. Is there a way to force the install? Also, is there some PITA NTLM at play? Saw that in some other posts.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated. We already escalated the ticket to P1 with veeam
