Please update case # 02199613 I had the technician close the case because I became so frustrated with him being convinced I was blocking port 2500. Below is the solution. I enabled VPN.
Veeam makes the request to my off site host to do a backup and then my offsite host tries to communicate with the Veeam server using the Veeam servers private IP address and port 2500. This doesn't work because my offsite host has no way to reach the Veeam via a private IP.
