Have you tried to upgrade your Endpoint to the latest version (Veeam Agent for Windows 2.0)? Any chance you’ve opened a support case related to this issue and have a case ID? Thanks.

Oddly the backup appears to have completed successfully for the past 2 days.

I am going to monitor the job and will try the upgrade should the issue occur again.

The client machine is up-to-date with Windows updates and all other 3rd party software patches to the best of my knowledge.

What do you recommend I do to track down the issue?

Disabling Webroot SecureAnywhere fixed the issue.

Is this a known issue with WSA? Is there a patch/fix for this?
