Cant Restore Files from Restore Points

Hi

I am New to Veeam Endpoint Backup but an old customer of the Enterprize edtion in my compeny

I have problem restor file lavel in the EndPoint Backup Tool
i have 2 End Point Jobs (2 computers)
laptop
PC


i have 1 secsefull Full Backup for bouth of them

but whan i tray to restore Files from the PC i recive this error
no disks have been mounted either of unsupported disk type

i check the permissions and found its right
i cant found my log's files

dubel click on the Laptop BU i see the file Browser and can select any file from the BU file
any one can help me slove this problem?
