I get the following error message and the backup stops :
Error : machine doesn't have identifiers

have somebody a solution of these problem? i've try to make a new ticket to TechnicalSupport, but i can't, cause i have these error "machine doesn't have identifiers". Dear Support Team, please help with it.

Mikhail, these are not technical support forums, so can you try opening a case using this form?

It would be nice if there was a KB or fix for this instead of having to wait for support to answer.

Private hotfixes can only be distributed via our support team. Once it becomes public (based on support cases), one can download it without contacting a support engineer.
