Central management of Veeam Agent 2.0 for Windows

HI,

Is it possible to setup the backup jobs for physical Windows servers with Veeam Agent for WIndows central in Veeam B&R management console instead of decentral on the Windows servers? Are those jobs also visible in SCOM when using Veeam Management Pack for Systemcenter?

Final is there also a agent to backup physical Linux servers and can those backup jobs also central managed in Veeam B&R managent console and will the backup jobs also visisble in SCOM when using Veeam Management Pack for Systemcenter?

Agent Management becomes available in upcoming Update 3 for Veeam B&R.

Are those jobs also visible in SCOM when using Veeam Management Pack for Systemcenter?

There is no integration with Veeam Management Pack (maybe except monitoring), but you can deploy agents using GPO or SCCM.

Both answers apply to Veeam Agent for Windows and Veeam Agent for Linux.

Thank you for the answers. I do mean monitoring in SCOM when using Veeam management pack for systemcenter. Just like all the other Veeam b&r jobs. When will update 3 GA?
