Change Name of Agent Backup, which contains Protection groups

If I change the name of a backup, does that confuse Veeam and cause everything to be backed up in a new folder and leave the other data there?

Basically I have workstations in 3 different protection groups each in their own backup, but I would like to change the names of the Backups to better reflect the contents.

Hello Marc,

You can change the name of the job in the Veeam B&R UI without any issues but keep in mind that backup file name wont change (old name remains). Cant think of any workarounds to rename the backup file name, the only solution would be to create a new backup job.
