cloned to new HD now getting shadow volumes error

This comes up when I click on Configre Backup. Backups fail as well.

I used a drive cloning program to move from one SSD to another. After the move I get this. Ideas?

The new drive is slightly larger and I grew the partition but otherwise mostly the same.
