Command line to start endpoint backup
Hi,
Is there any command line to start veeam endpoint backup? Idea is to use this command line as a script and schedule the script to run using windows task scheduler.

Hi,
Do you need this capability to have more flexibility in job scheduling? As far as I know, currently there is no such capability, Dmitry should be able to confirm it.
Thanks!

Re: Command line to start endpoint backup
Hello guys,
Yes, there is no such functionality now and I am eager to hear what scheduling options are missing or maybe there is a custom scenario behind this request? Thanks in advance.

Re: Command line to start endpoint backup
We are using this to backup a few physical servers which needs to be backed up only during the week days and not during the weekends. We are currently using the command line (which is shown at the summary screen) to start VBR 8.0 jobs with windows task scheduler.
Windows task scheduler has a wide range of scheduling options which i believe could be integrated with VEB?

Re: Command line to start endpoint backup
Hi Manny,
Out of the box, VEB doesn't provide this functionality, however you can try to follow this trick > Veeam Endpoint Mail Notification German and Here it is: Powershell script to add VEB-EMails
Thanks!
