Controlling Automatic Retries of a Failed Backup
I did a search on this topic and found a post from 2016-7 regarding a beta version of Veeam Agent for Windows Version 2.0 allowing some control over automatic retries of a failing backup. I am running version 3.0.2 and can't find any setting or option regarding controlling automatic retries of a backup. Can someone please tell me if this feature was ever implemented in the production version and, if so, where I can find it in my current version? Thank you.

Re: Controlling Automatic Retries of a Failed Backup
Hello!
In the server edition you can set the number of retries in the backup job schedule settings.
This article describes retries mechanism in free and workstation editions.
Thanks!

Re: Controlling Automatic Retries of a Failed Backup
Thanks for the information. I don't have the server edition so I will have see if I can do something to kill the retry job using dos command like tasklist or some similar utility.
