Controlling Backup post Job
Dear Support,
Can we increase the timeout between the backup job completion and the backup post-job action to more than 60 s.For Example : 30 min
Specially for shutdown post-job.
Thank for you support and it will be a nice feature if it can be added in future releases.

Hello Rajaa,
Are you referring to Veeam Agent for Windows and post thaw scripts functionality in server edition? Thanks for the clarification!

Re: Controlling Backup post Job
Thanks! Veeam Agent for Windows Free edition does not have post job scripting option in the UI. If you want to fire a script after backup job is completed you can use windows task scheduler. I believe you can set any delay you want and rely on job completion event as a trigger for script execution.
Edit: I got the idea: you are referring to the shutdown delay option. Noted as a potential improvement for next versions. Meanwhile you can use the Task Scheduler workaround I suggested above.
