Hi,
What do you do about a recovery disk if you have no cd/dvd drive?
Thanks for your help,
Kathy

Re: create a recovery disk if computer has not cd/dvd drive
Hi Kathy
You have three options to create a recovery media.
Instead of creating an ISO or CD, you can create a bootable usb drive with the Veeam Agent.
USB sticks doesn‘t costs that much. I suggest to use one instead of a CD.

Let me know if you have another question about this options.
Best,
Fabian

Hello
As if you were making a bootable USB, it's already such a programmer on Grub that you only put ISO images on it and do nothing else unnecessary Rufus nothing is needed anymore, it's such a breakthrough that the shock is called Ventoy.
You run from this iso which will generate recovery, you just have to wait a bit. I have 30 different isos on a pendrive and I run whatever I want, proxmox, windowsX, linuxX gparted and many iso veeam recovery, and many others...
Sorry in my english xD
Best regards
