Create media recovery USB : Error 5

Hi,
since my update to version 3.0 (Veeam freee agent on Windows 10 1809) , I try to recreate the media recovery On USB Key but I get each time the following error:
06/03/2019 21:50:31 Error Preparing USB disk Error: Failed to set disk layout, disk '\\.\PhysicalDrive1'.Failed to set drive layout.
06/03/2019 21:50:31 Error Failed to create recovery media: Failed to set disk layout, disk '\\.\PhysicalDrive1'.Failed to set drive layout.Win32 error:Accès refusé. Code: 5 Win32 error:Accès refusé. Code: 5 Failed to set disk layout, disk '\\.\PhysicalDrive1'. Failed to set drive layout.Win32 error:Accès refusé.Code: 5
I’ve been testing it:
- No antivirus, no antivirus,
- Execution as an administrator
- Format USB key Fat32 or NTFS
but always the same error messages.

Creating iso image is Ok
Can you help me ?

Hello Herve,

I'd recommend to check the device with check disk full scan as it might be failing on the hardware level. If the check goes well please open the support case and share the case id. Thanks!
