dedup missing for GFS on object storage

Dear PM's,

created a agent policy for some clients, backup target was an object storage. Then I checked the option for the GFS retention and choose yearly fulls in january. To my big surprise the client has stored a "full" full on the object storage while I expected it to work as it did in B&R: create a increment and do the rest via linking all the existing objects on the repository. The reason why I believe that it did the full upload is that I see in the job statistics the whole upload of the data instead of just the increment.

Consider this as a feature request if not somewhere else listed. Thank you!

QA were not able to confirm the mentioned behavior in our lab, so it could be an infrastructure specific issue. Can you please raise a support case as we need debug logs to continue. Thank you!
