Hello! Is it possible to disable merge operation in veeam agent?

You can enable periodic full, that will switch the Agent from forever-forward incremental mode to simple forward incremental mode, thus disabling merges.

Only merge or periodic full backup? Not another options? With terrible interner speed ( lower 1 mb/s ) and full backup files with 30+ GB size its impossible sometimes

If you enable synthetic full then the Agent won't transfer full backup across the network. Instead, it will synthesize a full backup using incrementals that are already on the repository, and no merge will occur.
