Does on-demand backup post-pone scheduled?

I'm looking to do a one-time backup to and off-site external drive but was wondering how that would affect the nightly scheduled backup? Would Veeam just skip the nightly while the on-demand backup is in progress?

Are you going to initiate Standalone Full Backup?
In this case, the scheduled backup shouldn't be affected.

Yes, that's what I was going to do but what happens if I kick off the standalone full backup now that takes 20 hours and my nightly backup is set for 8PM? Does it postpone the nightly until the standalone is done? It can't do both at once I don't think.

The scheduled run should start after the completion of the ad-hoc one.
