Download Update Fails

In attempting to do a VEP update the download fails after a few minutes. New to using this product.

Hey Kim,

Is there any antivirus or firewall thank might block the connection? You can always download the latest bits from the website and run the setup to initiate the software update.

The d/l bits are not the latest version. .119 is what is on the d/l link. .121 is what the app says is the latest. I already did that so I still get the messages of an update is available on the app.

We never released the 121 build. I think you are referencing the 1.1.1.212 verion, however the latest one is 1.1.2.119 and you can get it from the website.

Yes 212 is what I should have wrote. So the auto updater in the app attempts to d/l a newer version than what is available on the web site? Guess I'll just have to put up with the messages or turn off the auto check for updates.

The latest version is 1.1.2 while you have 1.1.1 (212 or 119 is only a build number for the version).
