Downloading Agent for Windows: There's a mail with the wrong further information

Hi all,

when downloading the products from the Veeam website you always get a mail with further information and links.

When downloading the Community Edition of Backup & Replicaion you don't get a mail. If downloading the Community Edition of the Windows Agent you get a mail with further information for Backup & Replication.

Is there something going wrong or is this as designed?

Hello TheExpert,

Thanks for pointing that out. Basically, for each product download from veeam.com, you should receive an email with guide how to proceed. But there can be some time limitation, like no more than 1 email per user in 10 minutes.
We will double-check this behavior with the team, who is responsible for this functionality.
