Email address is not registered with Veeam

I'm attempting to submit an issue, but I'm unable to click Submit because the button is grayed out and I see the message 'email address is not registered with veeam.' Even though I knew the email was registered (I am a Veeam Backup and Replication customer), I clicked 'Register.' I received the registration email, clicked on the link and was brought to a webpage indicating that validation was successful, but I am still getting the error. Where else do I need to register?

Can you send me the email that you used to register with Veeam via PM please? Also please describe the issue.

Sometimes it takes time to sync the registration info and our support tracking system data.
