So this is the second time I've gotten this email alert but when I check Veeam Agent on the server, it shows that all backups are successful. There is plenty of storage on the target. not sure why I'm getting this?

"Error: The system cannot find the file specified. Asynchronous read operation failed Failed to upload disk. Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.SyncDisk}. Exception from server: The system cannot find the file specified. Asynchronous read operation failed Unable to retrieve next block transmission command. Number of already processed blocks: [193787]. Failed to download disk."

Looks like they closed my case without looking into it which is strange.

"This is Veeam Support with a system generated courtesy notification. Unfortunately, due to high Support Team load we were unable to process your request and it has been archived automatically."
