Like previous versions of Veeam Endpoint Backup the current version of Veeam Agent for Windows does not support proper email notification in so far, that there is no way to configure sender AND recipient.

Sending oneself an email is nonsense because the backup status shows up anyway.

Hello Erhard,

Sending oneself an email is nonsense because the backup status shows up anyway.

You can use only one email address via UI. In paid versions with Configuration API supported you can configure different from and to addresses.

For several reasons, we really would apreciate to be able to have separated configuration for sender and recipient email address in Veeam Agent.

Please, could you considere our request ? From what I have read over the internet, many people would like this feature.
