Endpoint Backup crashes Server with Veeam B&R Update 2

Hello,

we are using Endpoint Backup since the first Beta came out and it ran smoothly. We us it to backup our vsphere and veeam server.
Since last thursday, it crashes the server when the backup starts at its scheduled time.
On Thursday, I installed the newest Veeam Backup and Replication Update 2 on the server, so I assume it has something to do with it.
When the server crashes, I can no longer connect via RDP or log in directly. Server just shows a black screen.

We are not using the Backup and Recovery Repository as a target for Endpoint Backup.

Endpoint Backup shows:
2015-05-04 10:35:24 :: Error: Der RPC-Server ist nicht verfügbar RPC function call failed. Function name: [InvokerTestConnection]. Target machine: [127.0.0.1].
Translation:
2015-05-04 10:35:24 :: Error: RPC Server is not available RPC function call failed. Function name: [InvokerTestConnection]. Target machine: [127.0.0.1].

I've send this issue to Endpoint Backup support. Case: #00909655
