Endpoint protection free and SQL Server files

Hi,

We have installed this and backed up a number of file servers etc.

We are also looking to backup a SQL server, currently it is using built in SQL maintenance plans to backup the DBs to a SAN.

When we try and back up this server using Endpoint will it try and back up the MDF/LDF files or leave as because they are 'open files'
