Error Calculating VSS digests

Running Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows 5.0.0.4301 - Free Edition. Normal scheduled backups work fine (I checked), but when I try to use "Backup to another location", I get the message "Calculating digests Error: Cannot find shadow copy of volume Recovery", I can't submit this as I don't know where the log files are stored. Sigh.

Can anyone help??

OK, I found the issue - all mine I'm afraid. The target disk I was using for the "other" location happened to have a recovery partition on it. As soo as I got rid of that, everything worked worked fine.
