Error: Cannot create a file when already exist

Hello all,
I have an issue with Veeam Endpoint Backup v 1.5.0.306, OS: Windows Server 2012 R2
There is an error message:

Full Backup file merge failed Error: boost::filesystem::rename: Cannot create file that already exist Filed to rename file [filepath.....]

Could you please help me?
