Good morning,
I need your help with this issue, can't find the Volume at the time to do the backup, we have made several tests without success and the solutions found in this forum with the v1.5 & v2.0 BETA Versions.
The Services of Shadow Copy (Volume Shadow Copy) is Activated on Automatic Start at equal Veeam Endpoint Backup, Windows Backup and Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider.

Hi Jorge,
To clarify, are you getting this error in VEB 1.5 or VAW 2.0 BETA (or both)? Do you have any other backup tools installed on this machine?
Can you run the following command in command prompt and share the output result?

Hi Dima,
Following the suggest what give us, we haven't another Backup Tools in our machines and the error is present on both versions but we use VAM 2.0 BETA in this ocassion, actually we use tools like System Center, and Bitlocker Encription, maybe this tools will affect the Backup proccess on VAW?
And with the command you gave me, I see this:

Thanks. The output looks good. I guess its time to contat with our support team and ask to check the application logs. Kindly open a support case via Control Panel > Support and share the case ID.
