Hello,
I'm trying to install a new 2.1 Agent, but the update process fails because it was not able to install CBT drivers. Then I have uninstalled the agent, but the installation of the new one fails again.
In the logfile there is following error:
[ERROR] System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005)
all system and sw prerequistes are satisfied (o.s is Win7 SP1 64bit)
