Error: No such host is known

Post by infosend »

Hello,

I'm moving my backups from a NAS to a dedicated Veeam server repository. So far other computers are connecting and backing up to the new repository fine just by changing the destination. On one my physical Server 2012 servers which was previously backing up to the NAS successfully, now gives the following error when starting the backup to the new repository: "Error: No such host is known". It does see the repository properly in the configuration though.

Thank you

Hello and welcome to the community!

I'd suggest you to check the Used Ports for the connection between Veeam components and agent permissions on the repository.
Also, you can contact the support team and let them take a closer look on the issue. Thanks!
