Hi.
I've installed the Veeam agent on a Win 10 pc.
When I'm configuring the backup job I get the following error when I shall obtain the license:
Unable to obtain a Veeam Agent for Windows license from the backup server.
Connection problems
Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it <ip-adress>:10001
Can anyone help me?

Hi Tore,
how is this agent connecting to the VBR server? on the same network or via a VPN connection?
Make sure firewalls at both the client and your site to ensure that whatever means you are using to connect is not being blocked.
If not then the best bet is going to be to get the logs and raise a support call.
