Dear all,
I have been experiencing an issue with Veeam Agent for Windows backups failing within our Office LAN environment, the current setup as follows;-
Veeam Agent for Windows Version 3.0.0.748
Synology DS1618+ 5 x 4TB WD RED (RAID 5) 4 x 1GB NIC's (Bonded)
2 x Ubiquiti Unifi UAP-AC-PRO
40 users (incremental backups are scheduled to be taken at specific times based on department throughout the day)
Error: Shared memory connection was closed. Failed to upload disk. Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.SyncDisk}. Exception from server: An unexpected network error occurred. Failed to write data to the file [removed file path.vib]. Failed to download disk
I believe I have setup the permissions correctly on the NAS and Veeam Agent for Windows, they all use a single administrator account and have tested credentials previously, is anyone able to help,
I have submitted tickets to Veeam Support and just get turned away, help please!.
