after update windows 10 - 1809 to 1903 i get the backup error
:: Error: Unbekanntes Guid-Format.
Agent Version: 3.0.1.1039
btw:
i get the same error when i wont to send an email support request.
any ideas?

Have you tried starting your backup chain from scratch or selecting a different mode to check if you have the same error message or not?
