Exclude masks for file-level backup

I am trying to exclude big files from file-level backup but total size of objects to backup is not changed... So exclude masks do not work for me. Tried "*.ext" and "filename.ext" still no luck.

Do I miss something?

Did you see any warning or error while backup job was running?

Dmitry, I check the total size of objects to backup in "Configure baclup" - "File level backup", before backup starts. Total size displayed in this dialog box is not correct.

I have just tried to start backup. It is finished without errors but it still includes all the files I listed in exclude masks. Any idea why?

Nikolay, do you see any errors in the Windows Event log for the backed up machine, something similar that is mentioned in this topic > Unable to exclude files from snapshot
