Export a Veeam backup to a virtual machine

Question about Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows FREE:
How can I convert / export a Veeam backup (not a physical computer) to a virtual machine under HyperV?
I would be happy about a manual or link.
My search in the web and in the forum was unfortunately without the right result.
I am also curious about your experiences.

Just perform a bare metal recovery into a Hyper-V VM? Same as if you lost your machine, and needed to restore a backup to the new one.

If, by any chance, you have Veeam B&R installed you can use Instant Recovery to a Hyper-V for a backup file made by Windows agent. If you do not have Veeam B&R license you still can use Veeam Community Edition which is absolutely free.
