failed to backup path with Chinese words

Hi,
I use Veeam Endpoint Backup to backup some files on my laptop.
But when some files with path including Chinese words, it always failed to backup.
Just like below:
2015/7/27 14:31:59 :: Failed to backup [test\YGS\Temp\YGS 大文件]

Is there any way to fix this problem?

Most likely it is unsupported configuration, however can you please tell me if you have the same issue when selecting volume and entire computer backup modes?
