Failed to update backup job config: EpJobInfoDisassembler

Hi,
i have an error with a physical Windows machine connected to Veeam B&R.

Interestingly enough, the exact same update procedure was done on a different installation with the same versions and there were no issues at all.

Agent for Windows was updated from version 4 to version 5. Update failed. Agent was uninstalled (incl. MS SQL Server), then re-installed using the installer (no internet connection available). The installation was successful.

Connection to server was established, but update of job configuration failed.

Removed backup job and removed machine from Backup Inventory. Re-created backup job (with different name). Re-scan of machine successful, update of job configuration still fails.

Error:
Failed to update backup job configuration. Failed to process agent <hostname> Error: Can't create EpJobInfoDisassembler for agent with version 5.0.0.4301".

Version of B&R: 10.0.0.4461

Opening the control panel from the tray application on the physical machine shows in the About window: License and edition are managed by <hostname of server>.

Is there anything else I can try?

For Veeam Agent for Windows v5 you must upgrade Veeam B&R to v11. Here is the link to Release Notes. Cheers!

Ah, thanks for the reply - must have read the wrong document!

I double-checked with my other installation:
Here there were no errors during installation, neither for updating job configuration.
However, the job failed to complete with the same EpJobInfoDisassembler-Error.

Guess I have some more updating to do.
