Failure to create snapshot

Hi Folks,

I'm trying to figure out why I cannot do a full drive copy to a UNC Path via VEEAM Agent for Windows and receive the error:

12/5/2017 2:30:48 PM :: Creating VSS snapshot Error: Failed to create snapshot: Backup job failed. Discovery phase failed. Cannot add volumes to the snapshot set. I'm not quite entirely sure what else to look for as Volume Shadow Copy service is running in Services is running.

Any thoughts or ideas?

First: Welcome to the forums!
Second: What type of drive is the E-drive? It seems that there is a problem over there and that VAW cannot take a snapshot on it
