Case #07747886: Veeam agents for removed client systems showing as configured in the Veeam agent backup policy.

Request in Design Changes
We are requesting an enhancement to the Veeam Backup & Replication platform to improve the accuracy of backup status reporting for endpoints managed under “Managed by Agent” backup policies. Specifically, we propose that the Backup Polcies on Veeam Server should clearly distinguish between:
• Successful backups
• Skipped backups (e.g., machine offline)
• Failed backups
Currently, when agents are unreachable (e.g., offline or disconnected), the Status is shown as “Configuring”, in Veeam GUI which is misleading and does not reflect the true state of the backup job.

Proposed Enhancement of feature request in Veeam Backup Job Policies “Managed by Agent”
We request the following improvements in Veeam “Managed by Agents” and “Veeam One Reporting”:
1. Status Granularity: Introduce distinct job status indicators such as:
o “Skipped – Offline”
o “Failed – Agent Unreachable”
2. Backup Policy-Level Summary: Update the Protection Policy dashboard to reflect partial success/failure in Veeam Backup GUI and Veeam One GUI
3. Optional Alerts: Allow configuration of alerts for skipped or unreachable agents in Veeam Backup server and also a consolidate “Skipped/Failed” report template in Veeam One Monitoring and Reporting
