Feature Request - Back Up Encrypted Files

Hello,

We have some users that have encrypted PDF files that will cause Endpoint Backup to throw an error when it tries to back them up. Not sure if this is something that can be added or not.

Hi Mike,

Can you please clarify what kind of error message you see and what backup mode are you using (entire image, volumes or files & folders)?
